My Design Journey

My journey began in a small community of Spanish speakers navigating an English-speaking world. I watched as parents relied on their children to interpret both online and offline information and saw how their needs were often lost in translation. What I didn’t realize then was that these early experiences were shaping my belief in the importance of making people feel understood.

Today, I channel that belief through UX research and design, placing people at the center of innovation while aligning teams and strategies. Products have the power to help or harm, to include or exclude. As a designer, I see it as my responsibility to ensure that what I create contributes to meaningful, human-centered solutions that drive clarity, adoption, and business impact.

I’m motivated by one core belief: a good product represents people by first listening to them—creating real value for both people and business.
